Right of withdrawal from the contract
You have the right to cancel your order and withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a representative appointed by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise you right of withdrawal, you are required to send us (Kunstverlag Brück & Sohn, Burgstrasse 1, 01662 Meissen, Germany; Telephone: 03521 452486; Telefax: 03521 452495, Email: firstname.lastname@example.org) a clear and unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, telefax, email), informing us of your decision to cancel your order and withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed cancellation/withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you inform us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
Once you withdraw from the contract, we must refund all payments received from you immediately, i.e. within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which we have received your notification of withdrawal. These payments include transport and delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a different mode of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery we offer. When returning the payment, we will use the same means of payment as used by you in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No charge whatsoever will be made for refunding you. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You are required to send the goods back (or hand them over) to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you have informed us of your cancellation of the order and withdrawal from the contract. This deadline is deemed to be met if you send off the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. You must bear the direct cost of sending back the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods when this diminished value results from any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, properties and functioning.
